CPCA estimates 37.1% NEV penetration rate for October
China Passenger Car Association (CPCA) estimates the penetration rate of new energy vehicles (NEVs) on Chinese roads to be 37.1% in October, Kallanish learns.
This is roughly the same level as September’s 36.9% uptake share.
