Cross-industry coalition to push fuel cell truck deployment in Europe
Vehicle manufacturers, technology and infrastructure providers have united to promote widespread adoption of hydrogen fuel cell trucks in Europe’s transport and logistics sectors.
The cross-industry coalition has pledged to slash their greenhouse gas emissions in the continent by 90% by 2050. A shorter-term goal includes the deployment of 100,000 fuel cell hydrogen (FCH) heavy-duty trucks on European roads from 2030, Kallanish reports.
