Cypress Development confirms production of battery-grade lithium carbonate
Cypress Development says it has produced 99.94% lithium carbonate from lithium-bearing claystone from its Clayton Valley lithium project in Nevada, Kallanish reports.
The battery-grade lithium carbonate was made from the intermediate concentrated lithium solution produced at the company’s lithium extraction facility in Nevada’s Amargosa Valley, the British Columbia-based company says.
