Dacia's China-produced BEV Spring may lose subsidies
Renault may lose electric vehicle subsidies for the Dacia-branded Chinese crossover, Spring, amid regulations changes in France by the Macron administration, Kallanish learns.
Although the official list of cars qualifying for the new bonus program will be announced in mid-December, both Renault's cfo Thierry Pieton and Dacia brand's chief Denis Le Vot said they expected Spring to lose eligibility for subsidies.
