De Nora, Snam get closer to gigafactory project
Italian Industrie De Nora has finalised the purchase of a plot of land for its future electrolyser gigafactory, which will be built in partnership with gas specialist Snam, Kallanish notes.
The land, in Cernusco sul Naviglio, northern Italy, will host a large-scale production facility with a planned capacity of up to two gigawatts. The plant will also produce components for electrolysis and fuel cells, De Nora says.
