EC proposes gradual ICE phase out for heavy-duty vehicles
The European Commission proposed on Tuesday to set targets to reduce new heavy-duty vehicles (HDV) emissions by 90% from 2040 whilst banning new ICE city buses sales by 2030, Kallanish reports.
