Endangered Species Act lawsuit to be filed over Nevada wildflower
A national conservation group says it intends to file a lawsuit to force the US Fish and Wildlife Service to finalise federal Endangered Species Act protections for a Nevada wildflower that only exists near a planned lithium-boron mine, Kallanish reports.
