Eneco unveils 50 MW battery storage project in Belgium
Dutch energy company Eneco announced on Wednesday its largest battery storage project to date -- a 50-megawatt/200 megawatt-hour development in Belgium, Kallanish reports.
The undisclosed investment in Ville-sur-Haine in Wallonia will feature 53 Megapacks energy storage units from Tesla. The units have been ordered, the permit is in place and preparatory study works are underway, the company says.
