Enel, Eni plan green hydrogen pilots in Italy
Italy’s utility company Enel and oil major Eni are mulling a green hydrogen partnership with the development of two pilot projects in Italy, Kallanish reports.
The company said in a joint statement on 2 December they are studying a potential development running two electrolysers with a combined capacity of 20 megawatt (MW). The hydrogen producing facilities would run on renewables power and supply Eni refineries.
