Euro Manganese produces first manganese metal at Chvaletice demo plant
Canada-listed Euro Manganese says it has produced high-purity electrolytic manganese metal (HPEMM) from its demonstration plant at the Chvaletice project in the Czech Republic.
The inaugural product met target specifications with a purity rate of 99.9% manganese metal, the company says, citing external test results. The plant has now started commissioning of its final module to produce high-purity manganese sulphate (HPMSM), Kallanish learns.
