Ford buys fleet charging software company Electriphi
Ford plans to buy charging management and fleet monitoring software provider Electriphi, to be rolled into the new business division Ford Pro.
The acquisition is designed to ease Ford into the commercial electric fleet market, with its accompanying mass-charging challenges. Financial terms were not disclosed.
