Ford, GlobalFoundries sign semiconductor agreement
New York’s GlobalFoundries Inc and Ford are partnering to boost the supply and capabilities of semiconductor chips in the US.
The companies inked a non-binding agreement that will explicitly not involve cross-ownership, Kallanish reports.
