France and Spain will build an undersea cross-border green hydrogen transmission pipeline between Barcelona and Marseille in their quest for energy independence and decarbonisation, French and Spanish presidents Emmanuel Macron and Pedro Sánchez said at a meeting in Alicante on Friday.
