French ACC to build 2 gigafactories
French Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is building two gigafactories between 2023 and 2030. The first plant for the production of lithium-ion batteries will rise in northern France next to the PSA engine production site in Douvrin. The second is planned in Germany in Kaiserslautern, also home to an Opel production facility, Kallansih learns from an ACC representative.
