Future Battery Minerals, Lodestar to sell Nepean nickel assets
Future Battery Minerals and partner Lodestar Minerals are selling their Nepean nickel-copper-cobalt joint venture project in Western Australia for AUD 10 million ($6.76m) in cash, Kallanish reports.
The money will be split on an 80:20 basis tied to the existing partnership. The non-lithium tenements are being acquired by Rockativity Nepean. It will make the cash payments over the next 24 months to complete the deal.
