GAC to self-produce NEV batteries, expand related investments
Chinese leading automaker GAC confirmed earlier speculations it will form a battery firm for new energy vehicle (NEV) battery self-production and industrialisation construction. The total investment of this project is about CNY 10.9 billion ($1.59 billion). This is part of its recent active expansion.
