LITHIUM: Ganfeng Lithium acquires Litio
Ganfeng Lithium will take the remaining 8.58% stake in Litio from International Lithium Corp through Ganfeng Lithium Netherlands. It now thus owns the entirety of Litio indirectly, Kallanish reports.
Litio was established in Argentina in April 2010 and has not yet been listed. At present, Litio's main business is mineral exploration and investment, and it owns 100% equity of the Mariana Lithium Salt Lake Project in Salta Province, Argentina.
