Geely, Renault sign JV agreement
Leading Chinese automaker Geely Automobile Holdings has signed a non-binding framework agreement with its parent company Zhejiang Geely Holding Group and French automaker Renault. They plan to form a joint venture to integrate advantages in internal combustion engine, hybrid, and plug-in hybrid powertrain and transmission businesses and other related technologies.
