GRAPHITE: South Star Battery Metals announces earn-in, option extension
Canada-based South Star Battery Metals Corp is announcing an extension of the earn-in and option agreements for the Ceylon graphite project in east-central Alabama, Kallanish reports.
The companies involved have extended the exclusivity, due diligence and definitive agreement period to 10 December, 2021. Negotiations are proceeding well, the companies report. The deal must also be approved by the Toronto Stock Exchange Venture Exchange.
