Guangzhou Great Power to build 36 GWh battery storage project
Shenzhen-listed manufacturer Guangzhou Great Power Energy and Technology plans to build a 36 gigawatt-hours/year energy storage battery project in Chengyang District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province.
According to its announcement, the project will be constructed in three phases. Each of the stages will have a capacity of 12 GWh/y. Total investment is estimated at around CNY 13 billion ($184.31 million), Kallanish learns.
