Honda considers Canada for new EV plant: report
Honda Motor is reportedly considering building a new EV plant in Canada, with the proposed project representing an investment of up to 2 trillion yen ($13.85 billion).
According to Nikkei – which first reported the news – Honda is evaluating several potential locations for the facility, including a site in Ontario. Per the report, Honda expects to make a site decision by the end of 2024, allowing the facility to go online as early as 2028.
