Honda starts US production of new FCEV model
Honda has unveiled what it calls America’s first production plug-in hydrogen fuel cell vehicle (FCEV), set to be available to lease in California later this year.
The 2025 Honda CR-V e:FCEV offers a range of 270 miles, with a 17.7-kilowatt-hour plug-in battery providing an additional 29 miles of range. Its hydrogen fuel tank can store 4.3 kilograms of compressed hydrogen gas, Kallanish notes.
