Iberdrola opens Iberia's largest ultra-fast charging hub
Spanish power utility Iberdrola has opened the largest ultra-fast charging hub for electric vehicles in southern Europe, Kallanish learns from the company.
The facility located in Elche has a nominal power of 4 megawatts and chargers of up to 400 kilowatts. It was developed along with Porsche.
The infrastructure can serve 16 vehicles simultaneously and recharge electric car batteries in less than five minutes.
