India, Argentina ink lithium exploration deal in Catamarca
Indian state-owned firm Khanij Bidesh India Ltd (KABIL) has inked a deal with Argentina to explore and develop five lithium blocks in the South American nation.
The INR 2 billion ($24 million) agreement with Argentinian state-run company CAMYEN is the first such deal for a state-owned Indian company, India’s ministry of mines said Monday.
