Italian zero-emission vehicle sales fall 16% in 2022
Italian registrations of battery electric vehicles (BEVs) and plug-in hybrids (PHEVs) fell year-on-year in 2022 by 16.4%. Data from local automaker association Anfia reveals that BEV sales fell by 26.9% while PHEVs registrations declined by 6.2%, Kallanish notes.
