Johnson Matthey, Doosan Enerbility to develop H2-fuelled power plants in Korea
British sustainable technologies company Johnson Matthey and South Korean heavy industry company Doosan Enerbility plan to develop hydrogen-fuelled power plants in South Korea.
The companies signed an agreement earlier this month under which JM will provide innovative ammonia cracking technology and catalyst to Doosan’s planned 380-megawatt power plant. The aim is to complete development of 100% hydrogen fuel gas turbine by 2027, Kallanish learns.
