Koch company to invest $100m in Eos Energy Enterprises
Koch Strategic Platforms is investing $100 million in Eos Energy Enterprises, a New Jersey-based company involved in zinc-powered energy storage systems, Kallanish reports.
The Koch company, a subsidiary of the Koch Investment Group, will invest in convertible senior notes to support the company’s strategic growth initiatives. The notes will have an initial conversion price of $20/share and will mature in June 2026.
