LITHIUM: AVZ Minerals upgrades reserve estimate at Roche Dure
Australia’s AVZ Minerals has upgraded its JORC ore reserve estimate at Roche Dure ore deposit, in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, to 131.1 million tonnes from 93m t in April.
The reserve increase of 41.6% from its previous definitive feasibility study (DFS), potentially puts the deposit as the “largest standalone global hard rock lithium asset based on proved and probable ore reserves,” says AVZ.
