LITHIUM: Goulamina JV to be listed by Q1 2022
Firefinch expects its 50-50 joint venture with Ganfeng Lithium, Leo Lithium, to be listed in Australia by the end of the first quarter next year, Kallanish reports.
Leo Lithium will develop the Goulamina lithium project in Mali, following the demerger of the asset from Firefinch’s portfolio. The Australia-based miner will focus on gold exploration, while holding 50% of its Goulamina project through Leo Lithium.
