LITHIUM: ILC divests share in Argentina`s Mariana project
Canada's International Lithium (ILC) says that it has agreed to sell to Ganfeng Lithium its 8.58% remaining stake in their joint venture Litio Minera Argentina (LMA). The company owns the Salar de Mariana project in Argentina. Through its subsidiary, Ganfeng Lithium Netherlands, the buyer has also acquired ILC rights over a further additional 10% ownership.
