LITHIUM: Lithium Americas makes offer to acquire Millennial Lithium
Canada-based Lithium Americas says it has submitted an unconditional offer to Millennial Lithium to buy all the outstanding shares of Millennial stock, topping a previous bid by China’s Contemporary Amperex Technology (CATL), Kallanish reports.
