LITHIUM: Petition against Cypress water rights dismissed by Nevada court
Cypress Development says that a petition for judicial review of a water permit it had purchased has been dismissed by a Nevada state court, Kallanish reports.
Last November, the Nevada state engineer had extended the water permit to prevent it from being forfeited.
