MANGANESE: Element 25 ships second ore cargo from Butcherbird
Australia’s Element 25 said Thursday it has shipped its second commercial manganese ore cargo from the Butcherbird project in Pilbara, Western Australia, Kallanish reports.
The 27,000-tonne shipment left Utah Point at Port Hedland on 30 August, to be delivered to offtake partner OM Materials. The high quality manganese concentrate left aboard the Handymax size vessel Taokas Wisdom.
