Mercedes-Benz strengthens battery cooperation with GROB-WERKE
German carmaker Mercedes-Benz and its partner GROB-WERKE are strengthening their battery technology and capacity expansion cooperation, Kallanish reports.
The companies aim to jointly develop and build “highly efficient” battery production facilities to help Mercedes-Benz’s electric offensive. These plants will be part of the carmaker’s global battery production network and includes the assembly of both battery modules and battery packs.
