Mercedes joins Automotive Cells Company
Mercedes-Benz is becoming a shareholder of Franco-German Automotive Cells Company (ACC), a recently created start-up owned by Stellantis, the PSA and FCA partnership, Saft, subsidiary of TotalEnergies, and Opel, part of PSA. Supported by European, French and German authorities, the joint venture aims to become in a short period of time one of the largest European battery producers.
