Meteoric, Rafaella close deal on Quebec nickel assets
Meteoric Resources says it has completed the sale of two nickel-copper-cobalt-platinum assets in Quebec to Rafaella Resources Limited, Kallanish reports.
Meteoric received 13,050,000 shares of ASX-listed Rafaella stock worth about $1.74 million based on the trading price of $0.09/share in exchange for the Midrim and LaForce non-core sulphide assets.
