Nano One anticipates higher LFP production at Candiac
Nano One Materials’ recent pre-feasibility study estimates that lithium-iron phosphate (LFP) production at its Candiac property could surpass 25,000 tonnes/year.
A front-end loading (FEL) 2 study was carried out at the property in Québec, indicating that the increased LFP production could offer benefits around efficiency and capital costs. Currently, the site holds an 80,000-square-foot pilot plant with a 2,400 t/y capacity.
