NICKEL, COBALT: Blackstone Minerals awards contracts for Ta Khoa refinery, pilot
Blackstone Minerals Ltd is awarding contracts to United Kingdom-based Wood as the lead engineering consultant for the definitive feasibility study and Australia-based ALS as the lead for the Phase 1 pilot plant at the planned Ta Khoa metals refinery in northern Vietnam, Kallanish reports.
