NICKEL, COPPER: Fjordland Exploration to acquire Renzy project
Canada-based exploration and acquisition specialist Fjordland Exploration is to acquire the Renzy nickel and copper project, Kallanish reports.
Fjordland has agreed an option to wholly acquire the project, also known as the Vuclain project, from Quebec Precious Metals Corporation. The agreement will see Fjordland issue 1 million shares to Quebec Precious Metals and a cash sum of $50,000, as well as assuming $1m in exploration expenses over a five-year period.…
