Horizonte Minerals has started construction on its flagship Araguaia nickel project in Brazil, Kallanish reports.
Stage 1 construction is expected to take 24 months, at which time the project could be producing 14,500 tonnes/year of nickel and 52,000 t/y of ferronickel, the company says.
