Nio debuts its self-developed chip during Innovation Day
Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer Nio debuted its first self-developed NX6031 chip at its Innovation Day event held on 21 September, Kallanish learns.
The company says this is the first self-developed lidar main control chip among Chinese NEV companies. Thee NX6031 is based on an eight-core central processing unit (CPU), with eight sampling channels, a nine-bit sampling depth, and a sampling rate of 1 gigahertz.
