Nio to acquire JAC's manufacturing assets for vehicle production
Chinese automaker Nio has reached definitive agreements with Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Corporation (JAC) to acquire certain manufacturing equipment and assets for vehicle production purposes, Kallanish reports.
