Russian miner Nornickel is discussing a reduction in nickel production in 2023 by about 10% against the background of its surplus, as well as the refusal of a number of European buyers of Russian metal.
The company has already notified buyers of plans to cut production next year, Bloomberg reported.
The company declined to comment on “rumours” when asked by Kallanish.
