Nuode New Materials to acquire a 90.2% stake in Cloud Futures
Shanghai-listed cooper foil leader Nuode New Materials announced on Wednesday plans to acquire a 90.2% stake in Xinjiang-based Cloud Futures, Kallanish reports.
