Origen Resources to sell its Newfoundland lithium properties
Origen Resources says it has signed an agreement to sell its 100% interest in its substantial and prospective Newfoundland lithium project in eastern Canada, Kallanish reports.
The properties are being purchased by 1345984 BC Ltd, a private Canadian company. It says it plans to enter into a transformational transaction within 90 days with an unnamed publicly traded entity. It must pay CAD 100,000 ($72,621) in cash and arrange for the delivery of 7 million shares o…
