Panama, First Quantum Minerals near agreement on new Cobre Panama contract
The government of Panama and Ontario-based First Quantum Minerals are nearing an agreement over the giant Cobre Panama copper-gold mine, with a settlement in the stalled negotiations possible in the next two weeks, Kallanish reports.
