Panama government presents final contract to First Quantum Minerals
Panama President Laurentino Cortizo says his government has presented a final contract on the Cobre Panama copper-gold mine to Canadian mining company First Quantum Minerals, although the company has not yet publicly responded, Kallanish reports.
