Patriot Lithium, Midex sign agreement on lithium rights
Patriot Lithium and Midex have entered into a binding term sheet agreement, giving Patriot the right to earn 100% of the lithium rights on Midex’s Berens Project.
The project is located 200 kilometres north of Red Lake, Ontario, and spans 25,430 hectares. In exchange for the rights, Patriot will provide $4.6 million in cash payments and shares over a three-year period.
