Peridot Acquisition sets vote, meeting on Li-Cycle merger
Texas-based Peridot Acquisition Corp is reminding shareholders to vote by 4 August to approve a business combination with Ontario-based Li-Cycle Corp, a lithium-ion recycling company, Kallanish reports.
