Posco, Huayou Cobalt plan South Korean battery materials plant
South Korean steelmaker Posco announced its battery material department, Posco Future M, has signed a MOU with Chinese cobalt producer Huayou Cobalt and the local government parties of Pohang. The two companies plan to jointly expand battery material development and production in South Korea.
